Since the date of his first tire failure case in the late 1980's, Mr. Goldstein has successfully prosecuted more than 25 such claims and has recovered more than $100 million on behalf of victims of defective tires. Because of his acknowledged expertise in this area, Mr. Goldstein has been interviewed by national and local media - television and newspaper - to address various issues regarding tire failure litigation, and has lectured on the subject of tire defects to other attorneys around the country who specialize in automotive product liability litigation.
